CommWell Consulting LLC is a minority-owned business led by its Principal Partner, Deborah Webb, a retired healthcare professional who has served her local community and abroad in ministry for over 40 years, now in the capacity of Bishop. She is also credentialed as a chaplain with specialties in trauma and mental health and holds multiple industry certifications. With decades of firsthand experience, Deborah has witnessed the long-term impact of healthcare disparities and inequities on individuals, families, and communities. Her professional background and community leadership inform a compassionate, culturally responsive approach to advancing health, wellness, and purpose-driven living.
